This is a great sized chrono with a brown bezel and regatta countdown on the sub dial, both of which would have originally been red. The 40mm steel case is in superb condition and the rotating bezel can be used to measure elapsed time or could be used to monitor a second time zone.
The dial is in great condition, with crisp white text that includes a tachymeter scale on the perimeter. Additionally, the minute counter has five-minute countdown regatta timer, which has aged to brown. The lume hour markers have taken on a lovely rich patina, as have the hands (with a slightly darker hue in the minute hand).
The cool big bubble centre-chrono hand is fantastic! This Wittnauer chrono comes on the pictured Bulang and Sons strap. The Landeron 248 movement has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
